If am understanding this correctly, this company offers inheritance cash advance, and these cash advances are not to be considered loans becuase they dont have an interest rate of a payment schedule of any kind. I think the cash advance they’re offering you would be dependent on the value of your inheritance of any probate estates. Its like making a collateral with your inheritance
rights so even if you have poor credit standing that wouldn’t get in the way because you make no payments. Since its not a loan with an interest rate but rather a flat fee assignment that is paid back when the inheritance is distributed from probate you actually need not worry about an accumulating interest rate which normally in a typical cash advance setup grows higher each month.

So I think this new way for cash advance is beneficial to those with inheritance in probate and is much more advantageous than the regular loan types.
