Check Up
My previous trainer who’s off to Canada informed me about his current condition with his heart. He’s saving up cause his planning to get some implantable cardioverter defibrillator for his health. At least it would lower down his risk of a sudden cardiac arrest because he’s being prepared. It’s hard to have that type of problem; knowing you have are in a state of sudden death. He wouldn’t want to take any chances so he’s purchasing one already. As for me, I should try and have a check up with our company doctor to have some things reviewed.
