I’ve had this notebook in stashed in the service center for like 3 days to see if it’d crash and what error would come up. The number of error messages I’ve written when this crashed in my hands seemed not sufficient enough so after 3 days of having this baby in their hands when I come fetch it the guy told me its not a hard disk issue but a memory trouble. So next step is for them to change the laptop memory but it’d take them seven business days to process the request. The good thing about it though was that they let me take my baby home and all I need to is to just check up on them after seven business days to see if the replacement has arrived, take this back to them and then they’ll have the memory replaced.
