I’ve been working for 3 years already. I learned that money easily comes and goes. Every 15th and 30th of the month, I’d have to equally divide the flow of cash accordingly to my daily needs; without thinking much of my future. But then it hit me. Something stupid like … I love you (lol!!). Me and my blabbermouth was on the loose again. A year ago I asked (quite impulsively) Are you falling for me? It was nice though … now after a year … with all its changes both good and bad … and I waited for a year to make sure I know what I want and am sure of how I feel. So after talking to one of my besties I asked yet another assuming question. The response I got a year ago still holds true so I said … if I said I want you…if I said I need you…if I said I love you…what would you do? … its a conditional (defensive!!) question because of the word if … and I was told there was only two way to go … he’d stay or he’d run away.
Now am not sure under which side he’s response would fall under bec. it was neither … I blurted the question out w/o really thinking of the pros and cons, was taunted by the question tossed towards me … would I rather sit back and keep mum and contemplate on what could have been …. so there, I asked and was answered. I don’t even know how to face him when I bump his way … thinking bout it, my cheeks are already burning bright red.
Diva once told me he’d always tell that person how he feels and take it from there, at least he knows where he stands and then move on. I’ve laid down my cards and its up to him on how he’d take it. Good or bad … there’s always time and room for moving on.

If something of a business proposal is presented your way, don’t sign up right away coz business proposals that sounds too good to be true usually are part of a highly intricate and well planned money making scam which seems to have propagated the blogosphere in multiple numbers. There are victims out there am sure who chose to remain in silence but I think it’d be nice if they share there experience on how it happened to make the others aware and not fall into this kind of scam. Hard earned money is so hard to come by and is very precious so investing it should be done wisely.

I was on leave Sunday as we spent the whole day at Kawasan Falls, Badian in celebration of Wafa’s birthday. I missed school but what the heck … so Mik-Mik was there (its been a while since we were with him) together with his sister, Eds (the ever amiable Eds), Mitchy (my surrogate Ate), Bukie (Wafa’s other half), Wafa and Moi. Last time we were there, we (Wafa and I) were both skinny that was like 2 years ago … she was still single or was at least flirting with who knows who and I was still entrapped in my comfort zone.
The hike all the way to the top is tiring but its worth it … the place is really nice and the company was great.The gift Mik and I bought for her the day before was something I desperately wanted for myself (huhuhu … am a sucker for huggables), the saleslady at Toy Kingdom even suggested that I just buy that for myself and buy A the small one seeing that I was hugging it profusely as if my life depended on it.

I’ve been meaning to get real thin but it has not come to a point yet that am considering taking slimming pills. Right now though with my current ulcer and the fact that I have so many food restrictions dieting is the last thing on my mind. But I do have a friend who’s into it as well and since I came across a herbal diet pill online called orovo I might mention this to her so she can get to check out the site and possibly try it and see it it works. Problem is one has to be real careful cause there’s such a thing as orovo detox scam so one has to be careful of the product being purchased cause it might not even be the real deal.

Working out right after every shift is kinda tiring but I like it. What’s frustrating though is the fact there hasn’t been that much of an improvement … worse is having someone tell you out loud that there are no apparent changes. With the number of email advertisements that I get on a daily basis I saw one that was rather tempting, its called eca stack which is a combination of ephedra, caffeine and aspirin all in the right amount and is a guaranteed weight loss pill. Whew!! Tempting but I’ll stick with my workout.

After working on a presentation for school in Starbucks, I decided to call it a night and head on up to the lounge, on the elevator I saw David and he asked me what am doing in the office when its my RD. I told him am gonna sleep for a bit in the lounge and help out with the bulletin board. He was like … why? are you assigned with the bulletin board?. I was taken aback by his question … is that how these people think of things? I mean just coz someone else was already assigned with the creation of the bulletin board doesn’t mean the rest can just standby and watch … right?
Its a team bulletin board and any help given is highly welcomed … oh well … I overslept in the lounge hehe I was able to help only for a short period of time but at least it was done. Momie Lai won’t go pointing out how barren our spot is compared to the rest.

There was that time when like 5 people on the floor kinda came out with the idea of putting up a small business as a sideline. I was included in the five, so plans were made that day and it amazes me how excited we were only to find out that a couple of days after things would just fly out of the window. When I went home that day I googled for franchise opportunities hoping to find something better than we had in mind. I did find quite a lot but am hesitant to share it because I don’t want to be disappointed by their initial reactions only to end up just as another series of talk and talk.

Just passed the licensure examination last year and now she’s off to the US. Well her family is moving to the US that is, the entire family so off she goes. As a certified public accountant she has spent the last couple of weeks online searching for Accounting Jobs In California as they are moving to LA. Am not sure if she’s happy with the thought of moving so suddenly but she doesn’t seem to have much choice. So last week we had a despedida party for her at one of the beach resorts here, she was also collecting our email addresses and phone numbers with the promise that we’d still get in touch no matter what. With the help of sites like friendster, multiply and myspace this shouldn’t be difficult.
If its any consolation another friend of ours moved to California a year ago but her house is like an hour away from where her family’s gonna stay but still I guess its comforting to know that there’s a friend over there. This friend of ours is also an accountant and is working as a bookkeeper in one of the companies there, he has offered to help Lee look for a job as Find Accounting Jobs In California or in any other state for that matter can be difficult at times.
So they left last Thursday and we’ve received one email from her saying that the place is amazing. They’re moving into a nice house in the suburbs and she’s made quite a few friends with their neighbors and has gone shopping in some of the nearby malls. Talk about settling in!! But we’re glad with her updates, her mom has even invited us to save up so we could spend sometime there. Lol! As if it’d be that easy. But maybe someday … who knows?

I am in constant contact with friends, workmates and all sorts of people but somehow they have not been able to fill this gnawing gap. Its like am on the inside just watching the scenes but were never really a part of any of it. It sucks and its draining the hell out of me, am doing all sorts of things imaginable squeezing every activity that I could think of just to run away from whatever it is that’s haunting me.
Took me a while to accept that am in constant battle with loneliness and depression, Bunny once told me its normal to feel this way after what I went through and that only me can pull myself up. I hate to admit it … I wanted to keep the illusion that am happy and that am perfectly alright but I can’t. Talk to RJ earlier and just like those other times she can easily tell whats wrong, well everythings upside down … *sigh*
I need help … I’ve come to accept that if I don’t seek professional help my problems would get the best of me. Suicide that doesn’t run in this family but there’s always a first for everything.

Ever thought of getting a car for yourself? I have for quite sometime now especially with my working sched and with the experiences I’ve had with creepy cab drivers. Its gonna have its own drawbacks that am sure what with the ever increasing oil price but I think anyone can manage. Question now is how to afford one lol! A friend of friend of mine just got approved the other week, he applied for a Used Car Loans and now he’s in the process of getting his ride. Whew!! Ever since I started going to the gym, I’ve been getting teased quite a lot by friends. Seems like the gym nowadays is one of those places to hook up, but unfortunately for me am only getting hooked up with the treadmill and the stationary bike. But I guess if you get to hook up with other Fitness Singles from the gym, that wouldn’t be so bad, isn’t it? After all you got one common ground and hopefully will discover more as you get to know each other.
Diva just got back from VL, he went to his father’s province and guess what he found there? … love and happiness … before he reported back to work we’ve chatted quite a few times and he’s told me of the new love of his life. I got the details earlier thru IM and when we ate after our shift at Jollibee. So Bena and I were like … ohhh thats so sweet, can’t help but envy what he has 
and I guess the same is true for Bena. We’re happy for him and its nice to know people are getting loved even if it has not happened to us yet.
Talked to lil gurl earlier right at the start of my shift it so happen I get to use the station next to hers and after what seemed like eons I finally get to talk to her. She’s plain glowing with love and happiness … after a failed and very disastrous relationship she’s back on track with her first love. Whew!! Guess first love never dies … lol!
I saw sparkle in her eyes and she was oozing with happiness though she looked tired what with school and work but still you just cant miss that glow.

I look normal, I talk normal, heck I’ve mastered faking my bubbles and making sure my smiles would reach my eyes. Am good at it and people seem not to notice. But they’re gone and I don’t think I’ll ever recover them.

Walk talking to Yayen the other day and was surprised to find out from her that she’s pregnant, expected date would be March of next year. She also told me that Karen (another classmate) just gave birth a couple of weeks ago to a baby boy. Whew!!! December of 2007 has been my darkest and downest, I’ve had a couple of friends tag me as emo from the mood, to the songs I listen to, to the attitude. Even those posts I’ve written during those months when am hurting the most we’re so haunted it made me wonder how I survived.
Amazing how as a musical genre it has flourished and has gained numerous followers, online there are various images/graphics depicting what emo is all about. Online communities/forums are now available for those emo lovers out there. I was even invited by a friend, I met online to join them in an Emo Chat site where emo lovers from all over the world gather and talk … till who knows when.

So he arrived in the office arms laden with a thick book, I thought it was a novel but based on what I know of him, he’s not much of a book worm. Books fascinate me … used to tell Momie Che that any area of the house with a shelf loaded with books is where I’d usually feel so at home. Anyways back to him, as soon as he laid the book down, my hands were on it. Hehehe its a book about poker … its like a poker newbie’s bible. From the history to the strategies needed to play to game, I know he’s addicted to poker and has been playing and earning from it for quite sometime.
In the many hours I spend online I’ve run across so many sites regarding so many topics, from online games to car loans, housing loans and credit card applications to music video downloads to software downloads to online casinos and so much more. With online casinos, its with these sites that I’ve learned (thats too strong) I’ve read about blackjack, poker, roulette, slot machines, baccarat, craps, keno and video poker which is kinda similar yet different from online poker.
I think the rules of video poker are different to that of the regular poker game but they still have somethings in common and based on my random reading winning at video poker takes time, practice and wit. Whew!! Am not a gambler but I admire those who can easily understand the mechanics of this game.

So I was sleeping in the lounge when around 11PM I was awakened by some music, possibly someone’s alarm, the song has the words posted above and it doesn’t seem to continue playing to the next lines. It repeatedly played those lines over and over and it must have been repeating for the 3rd time before the owner woke up and shut it down. Whew!!!
Thats not the end, on the jeepney ride on my way home a fellow passenger who somehow looked like a wannabee gangsta was fooling around with his phone when all of a sudden the same song (the one in the lounge) played. Being the curious me I asked him what’s the title and he answered readily Hey Mama … one of the many Kanye West Ringtones he has. Waaaaahhh certainly a fan!! Well at least that solved the mysterious last song syndrome I’ve had all day.
In a weeks time of sleeping in the company’s mini hotel I’ve quite noticed a few things of which are not very favorable.
There seems to be only two advantages to what am doing:
**** a savings of a couple of pesos for the cab fare
**** an extended hour or so of sleeping time
Now the disadvantages … they’re quite a lot mind you.
**** the bean bags are not really comfortable to sleep in
**** am not sure how often they’re cleaned if they’re ever cleaned at all but every time I wake up … my allergic renitis is on the lose.
**** they kinda smell which then again points us back to the fact that they’re rarely cleaned.
**** if you arrive past 8 PM … better head back on to where you came from as its fully booked.
**** the people who are using the computers inside the lounge doesn’t seem to have the decency to lower their voices down (take for instance this person to my left) knowing that its the “sleeping lounge”.
**** a number of the “regular tenants” snore quite loudly, loud enough to wake the person at the farthest corner of the room. Sometimes if you’re that unfortunate an orchestra of snores is on full swing.
Because of the “queue” in the lounge I was “forced” to ask my boss, mitchy and d if I can go half day, I was awake since 1AM and if I reach 1AM w/o having been able to sleep a wink … am dead. Now this is one example why am hesistant to leave the people at work are generous and Mitchy has been nothing but kind and understanding just like any big sister would be.
Am not sure if I’d be sleeping again in the lounge in the next week, am not sure anymore if what I’ve saved for the cab fare (let me check my wallet on that) is worth it.

I’ve known of quite a number of people who are struggling between debts. It sometimes puzzle how they manage to juggle from one loan to the other, take for instance I know of a friend who’s payroll goes directly to his credit card bills plus the loans on the side. Sometimes I wonder how he gets by but I think its goes to down to how you manage to make do with whats left after all the deductions. Run across a site during the course of my wandering in the web of a bill consolidation site … its a first for me to hear such a term and was a bit intrigued by what it means. Based on what I’ve read its intended for credit cards, medical bills and collection accounts. This is targeted to users or consumers who are having difficulty meeting monthly payment requirements or are un-able to reduce their balances should apply. Should he apply for this type of program? Maybe its worth mentioning … but wouldn’t it hurt his ego?
I find it awkward discussing other people’s finances but he’s a close friend of mine and though I cannot help him pay off his debts but at least in a way I’d be able to help him find ways on eliminating them one by one. We’re thinking of having him contact debtco for advise on how he can clear up his debts as they seem to be never ending. Now am wondering if plans like this or services like this exist in the country, there’s even a government debt consolidation program that of which am not acquainted with the details but just the same its targeted to those who need help with their finances. Or maybe I can ask him to attend credit counseling before he starts getting another loan. Whew!!! Seems like he’s style is to get another loan to pay his existing personal loan, which I find strange … don’t understand it really.

If there’s one vice I can’t seem to stop that’d be my addiction to the aroma of coffee. That’s the reason why when am facing my notebook there’s always that huge mug filled my coffee right next to my mouse. I sip coffee while working on my tasks online not only does it keep me awake but it just complete me *sigh*. Now Lee once said instead of buying those ready made coffees in groceries why don’t I just buy wholesale coffee beans and prepare them myself so I can make use of my coffee maker. Hehehe I’ve purchased this black coffee maker long time ago but up till now its still in its box, so now am considering buying bulk coffee beans online and see if I can get any sort of discount.
A friend of mine is selling discount bulk coffee but these are the ready made ones, am not so sure if I’ll go for it, price is reasonable and the brand is ok but we’ll see.
I brought this to myself out of sheer impulse and now I think am loving it. So how busy can a person get? Am busy not cause I got promoted (hahah very unlikely) but because I just enrolled in a crash course. So on a daily basis here’s my somewhat routine.

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM : Dozing off
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM : Preparing for school
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM : Somewhere uptown grabbing dinner and waiting for the class to start
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM : Class
Around 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM : Sleeping in the lounge (my new home lol!!!)
1:30 AM : Comes the human switchboard
RD on Fridays and Saturdays but a full time Grad School stud on the whole of Saturday and then back to work Sunday morning. Whew!!
Busy eh? Heheeh then I gotta insert a few meet ups here and there … a few food trips with peeps from work … a few malling every now and then.
Lovelife? waaaaaaaaa no room for it. Think am heading towards spinstersville … lol!!
