Last Resort

Ok, so I’ve gained weight thanks to the steroids I was made to take to control my allergies I feel bloated like I’ve never been bloated before and damn I feel heavy. So as far as losing weight is concerned am just about to resort to taking a diet pill advertised on the web. But I’d make that very last option I’ll give it a month of gym work and control of food in take before deciding to go take the pill to lose weight.

  2. I know a friend that go gym after work but she has got high salary and afford to have personal trainer. :)
