We have been talking about how to lose weight fast for the past couple of days and Kerry said that maybe it is high time that we try taking those weight loss supplements and see what would happen. Jane who happens to be a nurse said that we should try losing weight the natural way which means through proper diet and exercise. She said who knows what side effects these pills would have on our body in the long run.
For the past couple of months I have done nothing but continually check my weight on my weighing scale. It has become a morning routine way before I was my face and I am beginning to think that I have no other means of losing these extra pounds off than by taking one of those best weight loss supplement heavily advertised on TV. I’ll wait one more month and see what happens.
I first heard this song when watching the movie “Love Wrecked” which stars Amanda Bynes and Jonathan Bennett. The song was part of the official soundtrack and if memory serves me right the song was played near the end of the movie. I have placed this song on my Sweetest Symphony play list as it most definitely is a very sweet song. Let’s watch the video below:

The bulk folder on my email is full of emails from advertising companies offering this and that. I have marked them as spam but they still keep coming back. One of the constant email that I’d see on my bulk folder is this marketing email about how to remove blackheads. The email said that blackheads can be pretty annoying and hard to remove. Try our product to see amazing results … and the blah blah blah went on and on. I marked it as spam but still it shows up every couple of days.
I have been wanting a tattoo since I was 15, when I first saw the image of kokopelli. I finally had it done … on my nape. Isn’t it beautiful?
The image below is of me … a crazy looking me with a very huge grin happy to finally have my hot choco. Hot choco is the next best beverage God ever gave man kind next to coffee that is and I have been addicted to Signature Hot Choco from Starbucks.

Doi and I went to Figaro a couple of weeks back to work on pending projects while I work on my Mandarin assignment. Figaro serves an amazingly delicious Chef’s Salad and Doi and I cannot wait to sample it again.
With comes two things according to my aunt I responded saying wisdom and experience. She laughed and said … wisdom and wrinkles and we both ended up laughing. Amongst her friends (they are all in their early 50′s) wrinkles are a common sight except maybe for Aunt Lydia who seemed to have managed to keep them at bay by using one of the best anti wrinkle cream in the market. She must have tried several brands before finding one that seems to work.
Back at my old work place every Christmas and every summer festival the company would always give us custom water bottles which has the company’s name and logo on it. The last one I got was colored pink and the year before that it was colored blue. I have accumulated about 4 water bottles in the 4 years I spent there and I still have all of them.
As a blogger my friend told me that I have to submit my blog to the many free web directory online for maximum exposure. She gave me a list to get me started and said that there are several others that I need to check. The free ones require that I create an account and fill out a long list of form to be able to submit my blog and they also require that I place a small badge on my site. I was okay with the badge but what bothers me the long form that I have to fill out each time. *sigh* Guess it cannot be helped.

A high school mate of mine used to have skin problems which were later diagnosed as eczema. It was like a skin allergy one after the other and her parents said that they have tried possibly all types of eczema treatment and it does not seem to have a lasting effect as the rashes would come back after a couple of weeks or so. It was rather ugly and I cannot imagine how she managed to stand it.
Back during the days when I was still working, a previous team mate of mine used to complain about her problems sleeping. She said that if only she could by sleep aids here it would surely make sleeping a whole lot easier. All of the sleeping aids she has heard of are all found in the web and having them ship here is going to take a whole lot of money. Something she is not ready to pursue.
Gaining weight is always easy but losing them is very difficult. I have been having a problem with my weight ever since I resigned from the company I used to work for. Having the benefit of sleeping at night and without the stress factor I have gained tremendous weight which is very hard to lose. A friend of mine suggested I go take one of those Diet pills fat burners, but since I am not that desperate and I still believe in losing weight the proper way I graciously declined the offer.
Online shopping has made things a whole lot easier. Instead of dressing up to go to the mall you can just sip coffee in your pjs while browsing your favorite shopping store online. With a simple click of the mouse you would be able to buy whatever catches your fancy and have the items delivered to your doorstep. A good friend of mine receives womens clothing catalogs on her email on a monthly basis from her favorite online store. She has been buying all of her clothing online since 2006 when she first discovered the job of online shopping.
I saw this image online while searching the web for cute kids costumes. Isn’t he adorable? Halloween is fast approaching and talk of parties are looming in the horizon. If your entire family is going trick or treating this season then the best time to look for costumes is now to avoid the rush and to make sure that there are still severe stocks of the costumes.
I was cleaning up my closet earlier when I saw two boxes and realized that they were boxes for my digital cameras, one pink and one black. I have not seen these boxes in a very long time and I thought I have disposed of them. I readily took out the manuals, the cds that came along with it and stored them somewhere else. I then threw the boxes so I could have more room on my closet.
