When I started doing freelance work I’ve realized that I would lose a lot of the benefits from my old work including health insurance. A friend of mine told me that it is wise for me to get a Medicare plan, since he is an insurance agent he offers a lot of plans for me. It’s quite extensive and there were several plans that were just right up my budget.
I decided to sign up for one and I am now paying for it monthly. Now I have a health care card to present for checkups at local clinics and hospitals.
June did not really start out the way I want or the way I hoped it would. Last Saturday (4th June) my laptop crashed, the motherboard and hard drive were damaged beyond repair. It served me well for two years and a few months and the time has come for it to rest in peace (in the words of my friend LOL). It wouldn’t have “died” if I took better care of it lol. It all happened because my so called work area is right below my bedroom (in the kitchen area) and the laptop sits right under the area where the air con drips on and off.
The water dripping from the AC is rather sporadic and I didn’t know about it till it was too late when my laptop was completely soaked.
Anyways, it’s no use crying over spilled milk. The damage has been done and the entire laptop has been disposed of. The damaged one is on the photo above the one on the right and the new one which I am using now is on the left. A lot of the so called best laptop computers in the market were on sale and I was glad to fine one that was affordable.
I was looking for a pink laptop but the thing is … the colored ones are rather costly! What a shame 
The neighbors across the street bought two colored stainless steel drums one in green and one in blue. According to Lucy (the daughter of the owner of the house) told us that her dad wants to use the steel drums for their garbage. The green one would hold all the biodegradable while the blue one would hold all of the non-biodegradable.
She said they’ve been having problems with their old garbage cans, it seems stray dogs and cats manage to trample every night.
Last year I thought it would be a good idea to buy brand new samsung lcd tvs but since I found them to be expensive I decided to wait a little while longer. The waiting continued and I think I will have to wait till Christmas this year to have a chance to look at it. Since then there have been lots of TV brands especially those made in China which are a whole lot cheaper. Let’s see what new items are in store this Christmas.
I’v been meaning to get real thin but it has not come to a point yet that am considering taking slimming pills. Right now though with my current ulcer and the fact that I have so many food restrictions dieting is the last thing on my mind. But I do have a friend who’s into it as well and since I came across several diet pills online which I might mention this to her so she can get to check out the site and possibly try it and see it it works.
I used to hear someone saying that every little girl’s fairy tale comes true on her wedding day. It is also said to be the day that every girl looks forward to and dreams about. That is why on this big day it is important to have everything planned carefully and that every moment has to be captured by a specialist like raleigh wedding photographer. Personally should I get married I would absolutely want a pink wedding theme. I still cannot decide whether I would want the pink and black theme like the images shown in this post or other combinations like pink and white, pink and brown or pink and purple.
The never ending cycle of trying to lose weight is ever present amongst everyone I know. Last month I commented on Amy’s weight loss but now I think she has gained double of what she has lost last month. She was feeling rather depressed because of this and said she would try out one fat burner after the other until she loses all of her excess weight. I jokingly said that if she finds one that works wonders to let me know so I could lose all these excess weight too.
