The web has been full of reviews on several products. including vitamins and best fat loss supplement. Checking them out one by one before deciding which brand to go for is the best way to go. Though someone did mention that going for diet pills is not a good idea especially when there are more healthy ways to lose weight like dieting and exercising. But of course there are those who would want to do it without all the hassle that goes with it.

Weight loss is a major problems amongst people working in the call center industry. When sleep deprived it has been said that you indulged in binge eating. Exercising is only for those who are patient and disciplined enough to follow through. What most people now want is a quick solution to get rid of the excess fat. There are several diets for quick weight loss that one can follow through and with enough time and continuity the results might just show. But ruining the diet plan even for just a day would jeopardize the whole thing. So dedication and discipline is needed to achieve maximum results.

I have gained tremendous weight during my stay in Singapore and I am at the point where no matter how hard I try on exercising it would probably just do little good. So a friend who is well toned suggested that I aid my exercise with the best weight loss pills available in the market. But knowing how picky pockey I am with drugs and what not I am more than hesitant to give in. Maybe I’ll probably just stick to exercising and dieting for now and hopefully I’d see some results and soon.

It is said that in the diet pills available in the market nowadays is a component called fat burners that help burn down the excess fat in the body. How and when it works is beyond me but a friend of mine who is a nurse said that if we were to look for diet pills we had to check on it compenents list and make sure that fat burners are indicated otherwise they wouldn’t be as effective as they claimed to be.

From a mere 107 lbs. to a 120 lbs. is not a good sign. I know I ought to stop eating at eat all you can buffets and what not. I have been splurging on good food as of late and it’s not doing good on my weight. Waaaaaaaaa and to think am this heavy during the summertime, good thing I don’t have any planned summer outing. I have been tempted to take some of the heavily advertised weight loss diet supplement recommended by friends but I still want to lose weight the proper way and I hope I’d get there soon.

It started a couple of weeks ago there’s a cereal company here in the city that’s sponsoring a 14 day weight loss plan for the employees with a BMI of 25 and above, it has to be approved by clinic of course but several people actually signed up, part of the sign up deal were three cartons of cereals and several low fat milk cartons. I wanted to sign-up as I loooovvvveeee getting those freebies hehehe but since my BMI is 22 am not qualified. A friend of mine joined and she religiously followed the instructions and she said she managed to loss several pounds which proves there really is a quick weight loss program out there and it’s just a matter of self-discipline.

When it comes to dieting plenty of women would somehow resort to the “drink this and lose weight fast” option. Gym, yoga, pilates and who knows what else are often times regarded as a handful, one of the catching adverts I’ve seen is of beverage suppose to have a substance called L carnitine that helps boost metabolism and burn fat. Well after doing bit of googling online for diet and getting slim came across a drug thats FDA approved which like many prescription drugs is an acting drug. It centers on the brain and is said to suppress one’s appetite and is said to have helped many obese people. Phentermine without prescription is available to anyone willing to consider trying it, the price is something I have not looked into but I hope its not as much as my one year gym membership.

So am going to the gym in a bit and in the gym one of the routines I do the most is the treadmill after a couple of days of being there, I noticed that there are like what 2 or was it 3 different types on there. Its got the same functionalities and all, looks pretty much the same with different positioning for the buttons and all. But searching for them online, not only does the price scare me no wonder gym memberships comes with a price. Also checked on various treadmills reviews which were surprisingly many. A lot of people apparently are on gym memberships at some point that they were ale to make reviews of the treadmill they’ve had to step on.

I’ve been going to the gym for the past three days consecutively and in the course of going there I’ve met TJ (a friend, former mentor and colleague) and we’ve talked a good deal about school, career and future plans as far as where our course would take us. He’s working in a SPED learning center and fully utilizing his license as a professional teacher unlike me who just let my license rot in my wallet. Talking to him made me feel empty and and I realized this guy has experienced more than I have when I became a licensed teacher way ahead of him and now he’s fully using what we’ve learned in our masteral course while I on the other hand continue to rot mentally, physically and emotionally. *sigh*
He asked me why am still not leaving the company am with now and start teaching, I told him I dunno … fear of the unknown perhaps? Not knowing what awaits me in the teaching world. He said, you gotta sort things out in your time before its too late. Yeah yeah I know … and I will but not now. Right after work earlier I went straight to the gym and was doing my walks on the treadmill when this guy who was also on the treadmill right beside mine approached me right when I was done and said with a smile on his face that I strut and somehow made the treadmill my runway. I was flabbergasted, and totally lost all command of speech, I stared at him face blank, he smiled and left.
Lesson learned: Use the treadmill on the farthest corner. Grrrr… Of all things to say … he had to tell me I strut.
